Here is the normal duration of arrival of Payoneer card:

· Within US shipping may take 7-10 business days for regular mail delivery.
· Outside US shipping may take 12-25 business days for regular mail delivery.

But if you are living in Pakistan then it will take approximately 90 days to arrive in Pakistan. I get my MasterCard after 87 days and i am living in Lahore.
Make sure your adress and postal code is correct. Otherwise you will not recieve your card.

How to activate my Payoneer MasterCard:
Login to your account at Payonner.com and click on activate your card. Enter the card number and select a 4 digit pin and that's it, you are done.

How to withdraw money in Pakistan:
You can withdraw money from any ATM that supports Master Card. All ATm's of MCB Bank and standard charted Bank supports Payoneer Master Card. One Master Card ATM is located at Lahore Airport.
